Scope: We are seeking a Christ-loving, dedicated Donor Relations Associate to oversee all incoming donor relations activities along with special donor account management tasks.

Reports To: Senior Director of Ministry Development

Location: Remote

We empower clinics through providing training, consultation, and equipment to help rescue babies from abortion and bring mothers and their families to the saving knowledge of Christ. Qualifications and Experience

• Agreement with and adhere to the Statement of Faith and Principle. With a strong desire to serve Jesus Christ in a position of development and administration stewardship.
• Intercession before God on behalf of all facets of ministry. Fidelity to a biblical, evangelical growing lifestyle. 100% pro‑life.
• Knowledge and experience in non‑profit fundraising and development, preferably in the Pregnancy Center space.
• Maturity in spiritual warfare, love for the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Weekly time expectation: Full Time
• Work with the donor relations team to oversee the proper handling of incoming donor communications.
• Ensure quality on all donor relations touchpoints.
• Oversee engagement strategies to solicit and obtain gifts.
• In collaboration with the President and development team, support our gift pipeline of new, lapsed, and current donors as part of the organization’s fundraising strategy.
• Report and database management – Effectively utilize CRM to maintain records of donors and prospects; analyze and evaluate relevant giving information.
• Commitment to representing PreBorn! with enthusiasm, professionalism, and spiritual maturity.
• Ability to establish, cultivate, and steward strong professional relationships with stakeholders to build long‑term partnerships and trust while aligning their passions with the mission, priorities, and goals of PreBorn!
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong familiarity with CRM software and systems.
