Job summary

Girls' LEAP is seeking a Development & Individual Giving Coordinator to advance donor stewardship, manage fundraising events, and maintain donor records in our CRM. You will support annual giving campaigns, major gifts efforts, and board-facing donor outreach.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, event coordination, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail with multiple deadlines.
• Professional donor communication with board members and leadership.
• Experience with donor databases, CRMs, or fundraising platforms preferred.
• Experience supporting donor campaigns or events.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of annual individual giving strategy and revenue goals.
• Maintain regular communication with donors, prospects, and supporters.
• Coordinate donor acknowledgments and personalized stewardship materials.
• Assist with donor segmentation and targeted outreach.
• Support major gifts cultivation, proposals, and meetings preparation.
• Schedule donor meetings and track follow-ups.
• Coordinate fundraising events, both in-person and online, and manage logistics.
• Maintain donor records, gifts, pledges, and communications in the donor management system.
• Track fundraising progress with a dashboard and provide updates to leadership.
• Support board-related donor outreach and materials for board participation.
