Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years administrative or supervisory experience in customer service, preferred in healthcare.
• Must have current, valid Florida Driver’s License that passes background check.
• Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates mobile blood drives and fixed-site collections.
• Prepares marketing/PR pieces related to donor drives and collection events, including spreadsheets, mailers, posters and brochures.
• Compiles, analyzes, distributes and maintains donor collection data.
• Prepares and distributes general website information and articles.
• Orders/procures and maintains routine donor-prize inventories.
• Oversees donor registration and donor eligibility reviews, and tele-recruitment.
• Oversees volunteer and tele-recruiter activities.
