Job summary

The Mandel School Development Office seeks a Development Coordinator to oversee administrative operations, enhance donor engagement, and support key initiatives. Responsibilities include managing budgets, scheduling meetings, processing gifts, and developing donor communication strategies. A Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of relevant experience are required, with strong skills in communication, organization, and project management. The role allows for hybrid work options and involves collaboration with various stakeholders to foster relationships. Experience in nonprofit or higher education preferred.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience required. Preferably in nonprofit organizations or higher education.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the Development Office.
  • Strengthen donor relationships and develop outreach strategies.
  • Oversee the associate dean's calendar and logistics for meetings.
  • Process gifts and manage donor acknowledgments.
  • Input and extract data from CRM accurately.
  • Collect and organize information for donor updates and reporting.
