Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 2 years in fundraising.
• Experience in fundraising and donor stewardship.
• Experience with corporate appeals, stewardship, and volunteer engagements.
• Strong organizational, project management and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising campaigns and annual appeals, including donor engagement and stewardship.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate sponsors and partners; track progress and reporting.
• Manage and actively steward a portfolio of individual and corporate donors with timely communication.
• Prepare reports, records, and data analyses to support fundraising performance and strategy.
