Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience plus 1–2 years in development, fundraising, or related fields.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Casual position, up to 19 hours per week with occasional evening/weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor communications and donor stewardship outreach for the School of Health Sciences.
• Support annual fund efforts and fundraising events, including sponsor fulfillment and donor engagement.
• Prepare executive level communications, custom acknowledgement letters, donor impact reports, and provide proposal writing support.
• Collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy, annual giving team, and faculty/staff on campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Philanthropy as needed.
• Utilize development and fundraising technology, including database and records management tools.
