Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage donor communications and donor stewardship outreach for the School of Health Sciences.
• Support annual fund efforts and fundraising events, including sponsor fulfillment and donor engagement.
• Prepare executive level communications, custom acknowledgement letters, donor impact reports, and provide proposal writing support.
• Collaborate with the Director of Philanthropy, annual giving team, and faculty/staff on campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Philanthropy as needed.
• Utilize development and fundraising technology, including database and records management tools.

This role involves supporting development office projects excluding major gift work, managing donor communications, assisting with fundraising events, handling gift processing, and preparing executive level communications and donor impact reports while reporting to the Director of Philanthropy.
