Job summary

Artivion, Inc. in the Atlanta area seeks a DQA Technician to ensure donor information is processed accurately and records are tracked properly. You will review donor data, perform data entry for serology and culture, and maintain the DQA file room.

Work involves collaboration with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with ISO, AATB, and other regulations. After training, hybrid work is available; weekly commuting to Kennesaw is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Organized, detail-oriented and adaptable.
• Capable of following instructions and working without direct supervision.
• Must be able to commute to the Kennesaw office weekly; hybrid after training.

Responsibilities

• Use multiple systems to input donor information into donor records.
• Perform data entry for donor records, including serology and culture.
• Maintain DQA File room and archive charts.
• Build a working relationship with Human Tissue Quality Assurance.
• Scan Certificates of Assurance to support Customer Service.
• Review Recovery Partner forms submitted to DQA.
• Ensure donor charts are updated and statuses reflected after reviews.
• Understand ISO, AATB, GTPs and the Quality System Regulations.
• Provide mentoring to DQA Technicians.
