Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, dates, and locations, and prepare materials for development officers for stewardship and events.
• Book travel and manage travel budgets for development officers.
• Draft donor communications and personalize correspondence with donors.
• Administer gift acknowledgement and scholarship processes, coordinating with the dean's office and development team.
• Plan, organize, and implement donor-related events with ISU Foundation staff and collegiate teams.
• Maintain accurate donor/prospect information in Ascend on Salesforce and perform data entry as needed.
• Coordinate training and onboarding schedules for new development officers and provide periodic updates.
