Qualifications

• Experience building and managing donor portfolios.
• Proven ability to lead major gifts and corporate sponsorship strategies.
• Track record of meeting fundraising revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development strategy, infrastructure, and execution of major gift and corporate sponsorship programs.
• Research and identify prospects; cultivate and manage donor relationships within the portfolio.
• Develop, solicit, and steward proposals and donor engagements to support fundraising goals.
• Drive upstream revenue growth to sustain Sharefest’s donor base.
