Job summary

The University of Minnesota's Bell Museum seeks a Donor and Member Manager to lead annual giving, oversee membership programs, and coordinate donor stewardship. You will collaborate with the advancement team and UMN Foundation to build engagement and gifts at all levels, while growing mid‑to major gifts and ensuring strong donor relations.

You will supervise 2–3 student staff, develop membership initiatives, and align fundraising with museum goals.

Qualifications

• BA/BS plus at least four years in advancement, membership or related area.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual giving program and pipeline development.
• Oversee membership program and donor communications.
• Support donor engagement, stewardship, and recognition; write acknowledgement letters.
• Lead staff supervision and training for advancement team.
