Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 4-6 years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Strong finance and/or accounting principles.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; ability to use professional judgement.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication; collaboration leadership.
• Ability to analyze data and understand processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret donor commitments and record pledges with accuracy per donor intent and policies.
• Lead gift intention workflow using ticketing system and shared Outlook mailbox.
• Analyze pledge data quarterly and as needed to ensure accuracy.
• Support CRM software conversion and ad-hoc projects.
