Job summary

Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation (JPNDC) in Boston seeks an Individual and Corporate Giving Manager to lead fundraising campaigns and donor stewardship. You will drive campaigns around the Community Investment Tax Credits (CITC), cultivate individual and corporate donors, and collaborate with the Grants and Fund Development Manager to reach annual revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in individual giving-focused fundraising.
• Demonstrated success in donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Experience with annual, major, and planned giving.
• CRM platform experience required; Salesforce-specific experience is a plus.
• Experience with Community Investment Tax Credits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and track CITC campaigns, appealing to corporate and individual prospects.
• Develop and execute annual donor appeals and corporate fundraising efforts with a $500,000 revenue goal.
• Lead donor acknowledgement and stewardship efforts with timely communication.
• Track fundraising activity and use data to inform strategies.
• Support grant applications and reporting as needed.
• Engage in community outreach to expand the donor pool.
• Plan and execute Donor Appreciation Event and 50th Anniversary fundraising campaign.
