Qualifications

• 3+ years working on a nonprofit fundraising team, preferably in performing arts.
• Strong project management capability with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150-200 prospects toward Patron level giving.
• Support the creation of corporate sponsorship materials.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all donor activity in Tessitura.
• Drive stewardship initiatives including phone calls and newsletters.
