Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast in Port Saint Lucie is seeking an energetic Donor Greeter. In this role, you will welcome donors, sort donations, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
