Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors with a smile and manage a smooth flow of donations. The role emphasizes fast, friendly interactions and accurate handling of donations in a busy retail setting.

Candidates should be willing to work days, evenings, and weekends. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior retail experience beneficial to delivering excellent customer service to all donors and shoppers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
