Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors, unload donations, provide receipts, and support daily operations in a busy retail environment.

You will greet donors within 10 seconds, sort and prepare donations, and deliver world-class customer service while supporting Goodwill's mission. Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends; benefits include health coverage, PTO, and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
