Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a part-time Donor Greeter (Warehouse Associate) in Sebastian, FL. You will welcome donors, assist with unloading donations, and issue receipts while maintaining a friendly, efficient flow of donations.

The role emphasizes customer interaction and accurate counting. Responsibilities include sorting donations for processing and delivering world-class service to customers and donors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.

As a Donor Greeter, you will:

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
