Job summary

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a Donor Greeter to warmly welcome donors, unload donations, and provide receipts. You will help maintain accurate daily donor counts and prepare items for processing, while delivering exceptional customer service to all customers and donors.

This role supports the organization’s mission of changing lives through work and offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with opportunities to interact with the community and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
