Job summary

Goodwill Industries-Manasota, Inc. is seeking a friendly Donor Greeter (Part-Time) in Delray Beach, FL. You will welcome donors, unload donations, and issue tax receipts while delivering warm, world-class customer service.

This role requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and willingness to work days, evenings, and weekends. We offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Employer Paid Life Insurance, a 401K with company match, paid time off, and store discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously within 10 seconds and provide world-class customer service.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers and donors.
