Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers with friendly service at our Palm Beach area locations.

You will unload donations, issue receipts, and help sort items for processing while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment. The role requires weekend availability and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors
