Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Donor Greeter to engage donors, greet them promptly, and assist with donations at the front of the store. You will support daily donor counts, sort received items for processing, and ensure excellent customer service to all visitors during day, evening, and weekend shifts.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly, helpful attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
