Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors, assist with unloading and sorting donations, and provide outstanding customer service. The role emphasizes fast, friendly interactions and accurate daily donor counts in a busy retail environment.

The position is full-time with days, evenings, and weekends required. Eligible benefits include company-wide PTO, 401(k) with match, and Teladoc access, among others.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing.
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors.
