Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northeast Texas is seeking a Donor Greeter to warmly welcome donors and assist with donation flow at the front of the donation area. The role emphasizes prompt greeting within 10 seconds, courteous service, and accurately reporting daily donor counts.

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors
• Report an accurate daily donor count
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing
• Provide world class customer service to all customers and donors

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
