Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a Donor Greeter to welcome donors and customers with friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will unload donations, offer tax receipts, count daily donors, and help prepare items for processing.

The position supports a 40-hour work week with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401K with employer match, paid time off, store discount, Teladoc copays, and opportunities for training and education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
