Responsibilities

• Monitor use of gift and scholarship funds and contribute to donor impact reports.
• Identify and track prospects and assess giving capacity to strengthen the donor pipeline.
• Engage with donors and prospects to deepen relationships and support fundraising conversations.
• Coordinate donor and alumni events and support daily Advancement operations.
• Manage workflows, schedules, and communications; maintain an organized office.
• Oversee procurement activities, including P-Card management and spend compliance with Workday.
