Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist donors; provide receipts and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Pre-sort and organize donations; check items for quality and defects.
• Assist truck drivers with loading/unloading donations.
• Communicate donation policies professionally with donors and teammates.
• Identify challenges and escalate to management as needed.
• Transport trash to dumpsters and maintain cleanliness of donation areas.
• Follow safety procedures when handling equipment; report accidents or hazards.
