Job summary

Ren is seeking an Associate II, Donor Support in Ohio to provide positive donor and financial advisor experiences, respond to inquiries, onboard new donors to the donor advised fund program, and walk donors through the online portal.

You will collaborate across teams, document activities in CRM, monitor program requirements, and help optimize donor services with basic AI tools while upholding professional standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience required.
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred.
• Superior interpersonal, organizational and client service skills.
• Intermediate MS Office knowledge and experience.
• Possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
• Comfortable and confident speaking with donors, financial advisors, and all other external constituents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with donors and investment accounts, educating on the business model.
• Respond to inquiries related to fund use in a timely manner.
• Respond in a timely manner to CRM cases from internal teams.
• Assist donors and financial professionals with fund administration (changes, gifting, granting).
• Adhere to developed strategic solutions to meet donor needs.
• Record all activity in CRM per established processes.
• Provide support to internal operations and development teams by donor outreach as needed.
• Backup to Associate, Administrative Support as needed.
• Basic knowledge and ability to use AI in day-to-day operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
