• Ensures 100% donor and customer delight.
• Unloads donations from vehicles and offers tax receipts.
• Breaks down donations into categories and maintains counts.
• Keeps drive-through and ADC site clean and safe.
• Orders and maintains supplies efficiently.
• Adheres to Memphis Goodwill policies and follows safety practices.
• Reports safety hazards and injuries to leadership.
• Supports Transportation team with equipment deliveries/pickups when possible.
• Communicates with trainers and leadership about opportunities at ADC.
