Job summary

Goodwill Southeast Georgia seeks a Donor Experience Lead in Savannah, GA to supervise donation site staff, deliver excellent donor service, and coordinate daily operations. The role includes training new attendants, ensuring site safety, and maintaining organization and flow of donations.

You will collaborate with management to schedule coverage, uphold SOPs, and safeguard donated goods and company property while providing top-tier customer service to the community.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Good eyesight and color definition.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly assess goods and determine appropriate routing.
• Functional reading and writing skills.
• Ability to use a hand truck.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to donors at the site.
• Supervise daily activities and staff at the assigned site.
• Greet donors within 10 seconds and assist with unloading donations; provide tax receipts and track daily counts.
• Assist manager with scheduling and ensure site coverage.
• Oversee training of new attendants and provide ongoing coaching.
• Maintain a clean, organized donation site and ensure supplies are stocked.
