Job summary

Kennesaw State University seeks a Director of Donor Experience in the Division of University Advancement to lead donor stewardship, engagement, and recognition programs across the donor lifecycle. The role partners with fundraising staff and campus stakeholders to strengthen donor relationships and philanthropic growth.

The position oversees donor events, impact reporting, scholarship engagement, and collaboration with Development Communications to ensure brand-aligned communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
• Five (5) years of related experience in advancement, development, or fundraising roles.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements donor engagement and stewardship strategies for individual donors, colleges, and university priorities.
• Identifies and steward major donors in partnership with the Development team.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to create engagement opportunities for top donors and prospects.
• Designs and manages stewardship programs and tracks activities in the CRM (Raiser's Edge).
• Oversees donor communications, events, and reporting to support donor retention and future giving.
