The role requires a Bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, and at least three years of related fundraising experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in related field.
• Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
• Three (3) years of related work experience.
• Expertise in developing solicitation strategies and knowledge of fundraising principles.

Responsibilities

• Maintains continuous contact with key volunteers, prospects, donors and lapsed donors throughout strategic assignments.
• Identifies, qualifies, cultivates, solicits and stewards major gift prospects for assigned colleges and programs.
• Focuses on individual, corporate and foundation prospects at the $100,000 level and above, including gifts of $1 million or more.
• Coordinates solicitation and communicates with colleagues across the university community.
• Researches industry standards, trends, breakthroughs and best practices.
• Implements changes to maintain competitiveness and meet goals as determined by strategic plan.
