Goodwill Savannah is hiring a Donor Greeter for evenings and weekends. You will greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide tax receipts while maintaining daily donation counts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or relevant experience to perform duties.
• Good eyesight and color definition.
• Ability to hear in a noisy environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% donor and customer delight.
• Greet donors, assist unloading donations, offer tax receipts, maintain daily donation counts.
• Break down donations into categories.
• Keep drive-through and work area clean and organized.
• Transport trash to compactor and operate it as needed.
• Follow safety and security policies; report hazards.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers; keep areas neat.
• Attend in-service trainings and related sessions; perform duties as assigned.
