Job summary

Goodwill Houston is seeking a Donation Associate to deliver world-class donor experience. You will greet donors, accept, sort, and process donations according to guidelines, and help move items to the sales floor while keeping records accurate.

This role requires you to use donation carts, pallet jacks, and a donor tablet, follow PPE rules, report incidents, and perform janitorial tasks as needed. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are preferred, with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors promptly and provide friendly, helpful service.
• Accept, sort, and process donations according to guidelines.
• Move items using donation carts and pallet jacks to staging areas and the sales floor.
• Record donations on the donor tablet and issue receipts.
• Maintain PPE use and report incidents immediately.
• Perform janitorial tasks and assist with general site safety.
