Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED or equivalent experience to perform essential duties.
• Good eyesight and color definition.
• Ability to hear in a noisy environment and follow verbal instructions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Able to quickly assess goods and determine routing.
• Functional reading and writing skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and assist with unloading donations.
• Provide excellent customer service and issue receipts as needed.
• Maintain accurate daily donation counts and records.
• Keep drive-through and work areas clean and organized.
• Transport trash to compactor and operate as needed.
• Follow all safety and security procedures and report hazards.
• Complete assigned duties and support store management.
• Participate in activities outside of Goodwill when requested.
• Attend trainings and in-service sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
• Ensure donations are processed within 24 hours.
