Job summary

Providence Saint John’s Health Center Foundation in Santa Monica, CA, is seeking a Donor Engagement Program Manager to lead stewardship and donor relations efforts. The role focuses on strategy development and execution to deepen donor engagement and investment in our foundation initiatives.

The position is full-time, with a day shift, and supports activities across donor communications, listings, and recognition at Saint John’s Health Center Foundation.

Qualifications

• 5 years Non-profit experience with foundations and/or individual donors.
• 3 years Experience with donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute donor stewardship strategies and plans to foster long-term engagement and investment.
• Create stewardship communications, donor listings, and recognition walls.
• Coordinate donor recognition namings and physical signage for events and foundation activities.

Donor Engagement - Program Manager at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is full-time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of all donor stewardship activities to ensure that Saint John’s Health Center Foundation donors experience high quality interactions with the organization that foster long term engagement and investment. This includes the development of overall donor stewardship strategies and plans, stewardship communications, donor listings and recognition walls, fulfillment of donor recognition namings and physical signage, and stewardship related to Foundation events.

Required qualifications

• 5 years Non-profit experience with foundations and/or individual donors.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Philanthropy, Nonprofit Management, Donor Relations, or Communications. Or equivalent educ/experience
• 3 years Experience with donor relations.
