Ovation Communities, based in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Donor Engagement Manager to advance the Foundation's mission by creating meaningful experiences for donors. The role reports to the Foundation President and focuses on planning events, donor communications, and supporting campaigns.

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 3+ years in fundraising or donor relations, and strong organizational and communication skills, including grant writing and CRM

• Grant writing and strong communication skills are essential.

In this role the Donor Engagement Manager plays a key role in advancing the mission of Jewish Home and Care Center Foundation by creating meaningful, engaging, and seamless experiences for donors and supporters. Reporting to the Foundation President, this position is responsible for planning and executing events, managing donor communications, and supporting fundraising campaigns.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have

• Bachelor's degree in communication, nonprofit management, marketing or related field
• At least three (3) years of experience fundraising, event planning, and donor relations
• Be adapt at grant writing
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized
• Excellent IT skills and experience with CRM systems. Experience with Raiser's Edge is desirable
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
