Job summary

West Cancer Foundation in Memphis, TN, seeks an energetic Events and Donor Engagement Specialist to lead fundraising events, cultivate donor relationships, and support donor engagement across the Mid-South.

Working closely with the President and Vice President of Development, you will coordinate events from concept to completion, manage CRM records, and help expand fundraising initiatives to support cancer patients in our region.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising, event management, or donor relations.
• Demonstrated success planning and executing both small and large events.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute fundraising events from concept to completion.
• Lead the Foundation's signature event, West Fight On, under VP Development guidance.
• Coordinate logistics, vendor relations, volunteers, and event-day operations.
• Cultivate donor and sponsor relationships to drive engagement and giving.
