Job summary

Goodwill Industries of the Palm Beaches & Treasure Coast is seeking a friendly Donor Greeter to welcome donors and assist with fast, courteous service. You will unload donations, offer tax receipts, and help maintain a tidy, welcoming checkout area throughout a busy shift.

The role is full-time with a forty-hour work week, requires availability days/evenings/weekends, and includes benefits such as insurance, a 401K with match, PTO, store discount, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors graciously and promptly within 10 seconds.
• Unload donations from vehicles and offer tax receipts to donors.
• Report an accurate daily donor count.
• Accurately sort and prepare donations for further processing; provide world class customer service.
