Job summary

You will supervise two staff, manage messaging frameworks, and coordinate with Partnerships and Program Communications to align storytelling with fundraising goals.

The role focuses on product development, broad-based donor communications, and high-touch stewardship for top funders, with a flexible U.S.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising communications and donor relations.
• Ability to translate organizational strategy into funder-ready materials.
• Strong writing and storytelling across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor-facing materials (decks, memos, narratives, talking points).
• Develop funder-facing messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across programs.
• Lead segmentation, audience mapping, and funder engagement strategies.
• Supervise the donor communications team and manage workflows/timelines.
• Collaborate with Partnerships, Program Communications, and Events teams.
