Jobtailor is hiring a Donor Screening Associate for our plasma center in Utah. You will conduct pre-donation medical screenings, interact with donors, assess suitability, and help with setup in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Frequent hand and foot movement; precise finger, hand, and wrist movements.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
• Hearing acuity; color perception/discrimination.
• Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups.
• Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment, and temperatures below 32°F.
• Ability to use required personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-donation medical screening.
• Interact with donors and respond to customer needs.
• Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up.
• Provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates.
• Ensure all donor screening information is complete.
• Ensure donor confidentiality.
• Perform a wide range of complex tasks in response to variable demands and changing conditions.
