You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, providing high levels of customer service, and performing plasma collection procedures. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and experience in customer service. This full-time position offers a salary range of $43,000.00 to $50,000.00.

Qualifications

• Three months' experience in a clerical or customer service position preferred.
• Specific certification or licensing based on State requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Monitor donor conditions and perform eligibility assessments.
• Operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and perform plasma collection.
