Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Center Supervisor in Sidney, OH to lead the donor floor and supervise phlebotomists and physician substitutes, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and efficient operation that supports strong donor experiences.

This full-time role offers starting pay at $21/hour with monthly bonus potential and benefits; additional pay for EMT or Paramedic licenses, travel for training, and opportunities to grow with a fast-scaling team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED equivalent, or higher education.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Staff supervision to manage the team of phlebotomists and physician substitutes to hit daily and weekly operational and compliance goals.
• Oversee donor flow and staff to match the needs of the business (including adherence to SOPs, equipment functionality, etc.).
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and company requirements for best practices, documenting any deviations from expected behavior.
• Have an eye on the end-to-end donor experience.
• Help train new hires and provide ongoing education to staff on proper techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
• Assist with the management of supplies to ensure there are no disruptions to operations.
• Address donor or staff concerns promptly and escalate issues to the Center Leadership as needed.
