Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Physician Substitute in Baton Rouge, LA. You will be a key member of the site’s lean team, ensuring donor health and safety and shaping the donor experience.

Work closely with center staff to foster a positive environment for donors and the team, in a high-growth setting that offers new opportunities and responsibility growth. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Licensed/credentialed as RN, Paramedic, LPN, Advanced/Intermediate or Basic EMT in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to create a positive environment for donors and team.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing, and station installation.
