• Must be 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or higher.
• Current RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT license in the state of employment.
• BLS or CPR certification; ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to create a positive environment for donors and team.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in all center functions including phlebotomy and station setup.
