Job summary

Grifols, a global healthcare company, is seeking a Phlebotomist– We Train in Rockford, IL. The role focuses on donor care and plasmapheresis procedures in a center environment.

You will assist with donor suitability, build rapport, respond to donor reactions, and monitor equipment as part of maintaining donor safety and product quality. High school diploma and flexibility are required; licensure as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitor donor and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality.
• Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment.
