Grifols, a global healthcare company, seeks a Phlebotomist– We Train in Wood River, IL to support donor care and plasma collection. The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a flexible schedule, and state licensure where applicable.

As part of our team, you will assist in donor suitability, establish rapport, respond to donor reactions, monitor donors and equipment, and operate plasmapheresis machines. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Mansioni

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• You establish rapport with donors to ensure overall customer happiness while ensuring donor confidentiality.
• You respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment to ensure health of donors and quality of product.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
