As a phlebotomist you will screen donors, build rapport, monitor reactions, and operate plasmapheresis equipment, while maintaining strict confidentiality and quality standards in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in determining the suitability of donors.
• Establish rapport with donors to ensure overall happiness and donor confidentiality.
• Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions.
• Monitors donor and equipment health to ensure donor safety and product quality.
• Sets up, disconnects, and operates the automated plasmapheresis machines.
• Disconnects and disposes of all contaminated disposable equipment.
