Job summary

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes seeks an ADC Donor Greeter to welcome donors, assist with drop-offs, and maintain a clean, friendly donation center. You will sort, label, and pack merchandise for shipping to stores, and help with loading and unloading as needed.

Excellent customer service and communication are essential, along with the ability to work weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and handle donations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner within 10 seconds of arrival.
• Assist customers with bringing donations inside and records donations in daily tracking.
• Sort, test, and clean items for quality and processing; label equipment.
• Load/unload merchandise and equipment from trucks as needed; ensure safety protocols.
