Job summary

Qualifications

• High School degree or GED required.
• Three years of healthcare-related experience required.
• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Valid in-state Driver license required.
• Able to lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct, and assess Donor Care staff performance.
• Ensure staff training and retraining as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment and drive excellence.
• Identify growth and process-improvement opportunities.
• Ensure collection events comply with regulatory standards.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Support Donor Care Team leaders at events and with donor interviews.
